Welcome to Medical Specialists Associated (MSA)! We look forward to working with you on all of your healthcare needs and concerns. Our goal is to create a collaborative partnership with our patients to address their concerns. Each of our providers will offer you exceptional care and look forward to working with you.
At the bottom of this page, you will find links to the individual doctors’ registration forms. Please complete all necessary information on these forms prior to coming in for your appointment. You may fax the completed form to 214-242-1035 at least one day before your appointment, but please bring the completed forms with you.
Please arrive 45 minutes early for your first appointment and bring your Driver’s License / Photo ID and Insurance Card with you. It may take some time for our front office to fully register you and we truly appreciate your patience.
In fairness to all of our patients we require that you must confirm or cancel your appointment by at least one business day in advance. Any cancellations less than 24 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may receive a cancellation charge.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us by calling the office at 214-692-8541 or sending us a message through patient portal. You may leave a message if need be. We reserve the right to charge you a no-show or late cancellation fee.
We have convenient, free parking at our office, and we are handicap accessible. The office hours are from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Telephones are answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After hours and weekend calls will be given to the doctor on call, who is available for emergencies. If you require emergent care, please call 911 and get to your closest hospital. Our providers often recommend the Emergency Department at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas if you can reasonably get there.
We make every effort to schedule you should you have an urgent need. If you are late for an appointment, it may not be possible to see you. Office services are payable at the time of service. Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, cash, or check.
