Dear patients and family,
It is with mixed emotions that I announce my retirement at the end of July 31, 2023. Caring for you, my patients, has been the most rewarding part of my 52-year career with Medical Specialists Associated (MSA).
I have come to know many of my patients and their families as friends, and I am honored that many of you have asked me to care for two, and even three, generations.
I’m excited to announce that Dr. Anita Punjabi Bajpai will be joining MSA full time this July. Dr. Bajpai graduated from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth TX. She completed her internal medicine residency at the Methodist Dallas Medical Center and is board certified in Internal Medicine and in Obesity Medicine. I am confident that you will welcome her and will be very pleased with her care or one of the other outstanding members of Medical Specialists Associated.
All my partners are willing and readily available to continue your care and their information can be found by clicking here: TEAM MSA.
My partners at Medical Specialists Associated offer exceptional comprehensive care and will be available to any of my patients for illness visits or transition of care. Our staff is ready to assist you through the process of changing to one of our existing partners or to Dr. Bajpai when she arrives. Our providers will have immediate access to your medical records and history. If you should decide to transfer your care to another physician practice, my office staff will be available to help you obtain copies of your medical records once written consent is received.
I have very much enjoyed being your internal medicine physician and wish you the very best of health and good fortune in the future.
Sincerely,
Martin Cohen, MD
